3 Of Connecticut’s Hospitals Nationally Ranked
Healthgrades recently published an article ranking hospitals nationwide. There are 50 hospitals in the state and three are nationally ranked.
The criteria for ranking hospitals are wide ranging but include some of the following information:
- In-hospital complications
- Mortality based procedures and conditions
Given this criteria, the following Connecticut hospitals were ranked in the top 250 in the nation:
- Yale-New Haven (including Saint Raphael’s)
- Norwalk Hospital
- Middlesex Hospital (ranked in the top 100)
