A few weeks ago in Bridgeport, two crossing guards were struck by a vehicle and dragged 40 feet. A city spokesperson said one guard broke both legs and suffered a brain injury, while the other crossing guard suffered minor injuries.

While accidents like this are rare, this case is made more complex because not only is it an auto accident, but a worker’s compensation accident as well. Experienced attorneys, like those at McEnery Price Messey & Sullivan, would look at the entirety of the accident.

Personal injury cases like these are involved. Our team of attorneys is experienced in handling cases like these. Call our office immediately to discuss your injury.
