Signs and symptoms include:
- Temporary loss of consciousness
- Headache or head pressure
- Confusion
- Amnesia surrounding an accident or injury
- Dizziness
- Ringing in the ears
- Nausea and/or vomiting
- Slurred speech
- Fatigue
- Disorientation
- Delayed response to questions
The following symptoms may be immediate or delayed:
- Concentration/memory issues
- Irritability outside of normal behavior
- Light and/or noise sensitivity
- Sleep disturbances
- Psychological adjustment issues and depression
- Taste and/or smell disorders
