Keep Your Car Seat Handy When Ubering or Lyfting In Connecticut

Uber and Lyft’s ride-sharing service has grown in popularity.  Connecticut auto accidents can happen to anyone, even those who are passengers in a vehicle where you do not know the driver.

Uber and Lyft drivers are responsible for all of their passengers, regardless of age.  As a passenger there is generally not much liability, if any, in the accident. Here are the ways you can stay safe while the passenger in an Uber or Lyft car or a taxicab:

  3. Make sure the child is properly harnessed into the seat and facing the right direction.
