If you get into a situation where you’ve experienced a Connecticut slip and fall injury you may not be in the right frame of mind to pop back up and start snapping pictures of your fall. You may be embarrassed or worse you may be hurt.  However, taking photos of the accident is critical to your ability to hold those responsible for your injury accountable.

The best way to do this is to document your injury to the best of your ability at the time. If you try to go back to the location where you fell, the area may have changed and it will be difficult to document the true scene that was there at the time of your fall.
